Shipping

Returns

All items are made to order and take approximately 4 weeks to be made. Once sent the following shipping terms apply.

 

Domestic Shipping

​

Items shipped within the UK will take approximately 2 days to arrive with ROYAL MAIL 48H TRACKED. If items do not arrive within 5 working days, please get in contact so we can track it for you. If items have not arrived within 10 working days, we will be able to reach out to Royal Mail. 

 

 

International Shipping 

​

Items shipped within Europe should take approximately 5-7 working days to arrive. If they have not arrived within 14 working days, we will be able to reach out to Royal Mail for information.

Items shipped outside of the UK can take up to 14 working days to arrive. If your item has not arrived during this time, please contact us and we will reach out to Royal mail for information.

 

 

Customs Duties & Other Fees 

​

Unfortunately, Foxfire Activewear will not include custom fees in their prices. You will need to research your own regions custom fees and be prepared to pay for these when your items arrive. Foxfire Activewear will not cover these charges. 

How to Return  

 

Please contact us at foxfireactivewear@gmail.co.uk to discuss any return needs.

Items made from custom measurements will not be subject to the returns policy as they will be rendered un-resalable and therefore are not covered in UK distance selling regulations. 

​

All standard sizing (including cup size selection) are refundable within 14days of receiving your item. Items must be in their unworn, unused condition. Please try items on over underwear to check fit.

Please send within 14 days of receiving your item. Send your item tracked to the correct value to ensure that if your parcel goes missing, you will still be able to claim the money back. 

Once received back the returns process can take up to 5 working days. Buyers must cover the cost of their return. 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

​

If your item turns up incorrect or damaged, please contact us so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Items will need to be sent back to be inspected before any replacement or refunds are sent out. Any deliberate damage will render your item used and therefore unreturnable.  

 

Exchanges  

​

Exchanges can be arranged via email. Items must be returned before an exchange can be processed. 

Sizing

​

Items are made to order. 

 

It is important to correctly measure yourself when ordering items. You can find our size charts below. Please reach out if you need any help.

Please check your cup size using the size guides and not your typical bra size.
